Niagara Falls, 2012
7’ x 10’
 inkjet archival print

Collecting a fragment of the vast total of people’s uploaded travel images to the world’s most visited sites, Niagara Falls has turned into a grid of repetitious patterns. Because of the overwhelming quantity of photographs uploaded online, a single image is no longer distinctive.

With the ever-growing quantity of images embedded online, how are we now digesting photography’s culture and aesthetic?
